I am out of state and needed flowers delivered same day for my niece's birthday. I looked on line and tried different sites but was not happy. Then I found Albie's Floral and called. The young man I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. He explained the arrangement to me and worked with my budget. And to top it off, they were not even open yet. I am so happy that young man decided to answer the phone. That is going above and beyond to help a customer, especially at the last minute.
