Bob Evans at 5413 Youngstown Warren Road, Niles, Ohio.

I went to this location a few months ago. My fiancé ordered mac & cheese as a side, and when the server brought it, it had a curly hair in it. He handed it back to her and she yelled to the manager, "this is the third time this happened today!" I was gagging at this point. The servers reeked of cigarette smoke and the place was so dirty despite business being slow. My fiancé got his meal for free, but we will never ever return to this Bob Evans location.

Update: Looking back, I can’t believe I continued to eat my food the day of that incident. Had it happened today, I would have walked right out. I don’t know how this place is still open. It’s been well over a year and, needless to say, I have still not been back and never will be.
