Firebirds Wood Fired Grill at 5555 Youngstown Warren Road, Niles, Ohio.

Excellent food & great service. My boyfriend & I asked to sit on the patio and the hostess informed us that she would make sure someone was out to serve us shortly. After waiting for about 10 minutes without service, I walked back inside to ask if someone would still be able to serve us outside. The hostess was very apologetic & visibly confused about the situation. I assured her it was okay, mistakes happen, but we were ready to order. A waitress came out to greet us & take our drink orders, and when she returned minutes later, she had one of their specialty appetizers on the house as a way of apologizing and thanking us for our patience. I assured her it wasn't necessary, but we were very grateful- especially because the chips and dip were so delicious!! I had the BBQ burger for my meal & my boyfriend had the portobello mushroom sandwich. Everything was excellent- including the service after one small mishap in the beginning for which they definitely redeemed themselves. The atmosphere was great, too. If the weather is nice, I definitely recommend sitting on the patio in front of the beautiful fireplace.
